Sarah-Anne is a certified personal trainer, life coach, and former professional dancer who brings over 20 years of body awareness, resilience, and transformation to The Momntum Method™. Born in France, her journey as a mother to two children (aged 21 and 16) and her recovery from breast cancer redefined her mission to help women rebuild their bodies and confidence with grace.
